Knowledge & Experience
We have been involved in accounts payable automation for 30 years. Over the years, we have expanded the scope to include (indirect) spend. Having indirect spend under management not only helps procurement, but also invoice processing.
In recent years, we have been allowed to help many fast-growing, ambitious companies support their growth plans. But it is particularly the larger, sizable companies, with offices abroad, and complex administrations, where our success lies.
Automation & Improvement
Process automation is the desired outcome, with the goal of freeing up hands and brains, as well as gaining more visibility and control over invoice and order flows. To get here, processes cannot be automated "just like that. This rarely leads to the desired result. AP employees are then busy with endless corrections and workarounds.
Processes must first be studied to streamline them to KPIs. Documents such as invoices and POs must be standardized in data form to process them in a structured way. Process optimization first, then process automation.
Today & Tomorrow
Automation is not a one-time operation. The environment changes. The business grows. Aquisitions are made. New systems are acquired. Other systems are parted with. Suppliers and customers come and some will go. And the same goes for employees.
Moreover, not everything can be foreseen in advance. Success is achievable, but not truly engineerable. This is why we embrace the agile mindset and enjoy diving into our customers' data streams to identify and resolve pain points.
We also have a full-time service center serving customers non-stop with advice and assistance.
