A new release of the ICreative Expense app has been released. An important innovation is that it is now possible to enter a expense claim for someone else, the so-called on-behalf functionality.
The on-behalf functionality gives the ability to (finely) delegate functions of users. This can be used for replacement during vacations, or to be able to do work on behalf of someone for a longer period of time. An example would be a secretary submitting expense claims on behalf of management.
In addition, it is now possible to duplicate claims for both travel and expenses. Useful when someone often enters the same expense claims. When duplicating, the data already entered is included in the new expense claim so that the new expense claim can be submitted quickly and easily.
In addition to these important new features, there has also been a recent innovation in mileage declaration. For example, it is now possible to enter multiple destinations when declaring mileage. This comes in handy when someone visits multiple addresses in one day or may have had to detour because of a roadblock or traffic jam.
The new features are automatically available in the app.
