After the extensive annual audit, ICreative and sister company Easy Systems were again rewarded with the ISO certificates 9001 and ISO 27001 on May 17, 2018. 'Thanks to our structured working method, our relations can rely on constant quality and a watertight security policy,' says ISO project manager Rob Coolen.
ISO 9001 is a process- and system-oriented approach to quality management and continuous improvement. 'ISO certification is a huge flywheel for continuous improvement internally. Our relationships benefit from it,' Rob believes. 'If you get serious about the steps in the plan-do-check-act cycle, the processes internally become smarter and more efficient. As a result, we can not only deliver consistent quality but also guarantee that ICreative is continuously improving services.'
At the same time, information security is becoming increasingly important in Europe. 'With this, the importance of the internationally recognized standard for information security is also increasing. So through the ISO 27001 certification, we show that we meet the highest standards of information security and secure customers' solutions and data,' Rob said.
Every year Lloyd's Register, the certification body, conducts one or more surveillance audits to verify that ICreative continues to meet the requirements. The validity period of ISO certificates awarded is three years.
