ICreative gets logistics sister company

Ede, September 30, 2019 - Innovestit Group, the holding company to which ICreative belongs, announces that it is acquiring all Dutch activities of Langdon Systems. 'With Langdon Systems Netherlands we enrich our portfolio with a party that has been at the forefront of the development and delivery of Duty Management systems for many years,' said Erik van Doorn, CEO of Innovestit Group.

The Netherlands is a major player in international trade. About 30 percent of all import declarations in the EU are processed by Dutch Customs. A process that involves many administrative actions. 'As a European player specialized in reducing administrative burdens, we see that there is still much to be gained here,' Erik van Doorn explains.

In addition, Van Doorn expects to achieve many synergy benefits with other products and services in the Innovestit Group's portfolio. An example is the link with the order-to-cash software of sister company Diesis, which allows invoicing directly from Langdon Systems' customs management system. Or, for example, powers of attorney which are mandatory in some customs processes. These types of documents are usually signed manually and then checked at the Chamber of Commerce for signature authority. 'We have a very nice digital solution for this with our recently acquired company Stiply,' said Van Doorn.

'With the acquisition, we are convinced that our customers will be offered optimal and future-proof services,' said Erik Meijers, director of Langdon Systems. 'The agreements made ensure that the quality and technical innovativeness of the products and services provided are guaranteed and will accelerate.'
