The power of independent and together to ease administrative burden
Vincent Wouters, Managing Director ICreative October, 29, 2021
Every organization deals with administrative processes. Think, for example, of credit management, contract signing, data exchange and the purchase of products needed for secondary business activities. Processes that you spend a lot of time on, but don't really want to spend time on! Wouldn't it be great to automate all financial administrative processes so you can focus on what really matters?
The power of independent and together
As a growing and innovative group of IT companies, of which ICreative is a part, we have been involved in automating back office financial administrative processes for many years. At ICreative, we have seen over the years that there are many processes that, while touching the purchase-to-pay process, are not automated by standard purchase-to-pay solutions. Processes that are also often a major burden for companies. Automating these processes as much as possible is our ambition. To help organizations simplify processes, facilitate growth and save costs by unburdening them with smart solutions. We don't do that alone, together with Coforce, Diesis, Easy Systems and Stiply we form 4CEE. We believe in the power of independent and together. A combined strength that we will propagate as 4CEE.
The power of independent and together has already been experienced by one of our customers. With their Unit4 accounting package, they had been customers of our sister company Diesis for years. Then they started automating their invoice processing process with us. We integrated that process with Unit4 and at a later stage expanded it with contract management. Of course, contracts have to have signatures; that's where Stiply comes in, allowing signatures to be placed digitally with a simple application that integrates seamlessly with our solutions.
During this digital transformation, we encounter various actions that, although not immediately obvious, are frequently performed manually behind a screen. Think of retrieving data from a supplier and then re-entering this data into an in-house application. Often these kinds of actions are just not enough reason to start an automation project, but they can be robotized with software robots. And so our client got into conversation with Coforce, which specializes in this.
One-stop-shop
This client is at the forefront of automation; assisted by now four companies within our group. Of course with the convenience of one point of contact and with the expertise of all organizations behind it. Each company within 4CEE works from its own strength, but together we excel and form a one-stop-shop for customers to substantially reduce administrative burdens.
