ICreative e-invoice activation campaigns: how does it work?

Choosing e-invoicing is now a "no-brainer" for many companies. The question of the right solution and service provider is trickier. However, the most labor-intensive step is activating your customers and/or suppliers. After all, you have to get them to switch to a new process and way of working, and needless to say, people generally don't like change. If you want to achieve quick results, you need to meet your customers and/or suppliers regularly with clear communication. You need a long breath because not every supplier will "switch" to e-invoicing just because you ask them to. ICreative offers help in the form of activation campaigns for both suppliers and customers.
This is what our activation campaigns look like in the basics:
The supplier base is divided into three segments with each segment being offered a number of appropriate e-invoice solutions. The first segment with the top twenty-five suppliers (based on numbers of invoices) typically sends 30% to 40% of invoices and is critical to the success of the project. We personally approach and guide these companies to a direct, integrated connection to the Basware Network.
Suppliers in the second segment fall in the top two hundred and usually send no more than a hundred invoices per year. They are offered other e-invoice solutions that are free or have limited costs. They are approached for this by our staff at the call center.
Segment three consists of thousands of smaller suppliers who send less than 10 invoices per year. By letter and e-mail, they are asked/summoned to choose one of the free solutions. The communication is repeated regularly so that the number of connections is increased.
Business Directory
With the introduction of "Business Directory" from Basware, a kind of phone book of companies that can send and/or receive e-invoices, it becomes possible to find business partners of your organization that are already connected to Basware Network or one of its partner networks. With a simple addition or invitation, your e-invoice network is expanded quickly and efficiently. Watch the video for an explanation.
