Gartner: ICreative among top 3 Basware partners worldwide

Gartner recently positioned Basware once again as a "leader" in the Magic Quadrant for procure-to-pay software. In its comprehensive research report, the analyst firm named ICreative as one of the top three integration partners.

In the Magic Quadrant Procure-to-Pay Suites, Gartner contrasts the perfection of the market vision of procure-to-pay vendors with the ability to execute that vision with their products and services. In the report, Gartner evaluates thirteen software vendors. At the bottom left of the quadrant are the niche players, at the bottom right are the visionaries, at the top left are the challengers and at the top right are the leaders. Basware is positioned as a leader for the fourth time in 2019.

Strengths

Basware has strong core functionality for procure-to-pay and references rate the software for its user-friendliness. The report reports that a chatbot is in the works, which has received positive feedback. The user interface is available in 25 languages, and Basware received the highest score from references for global deployment.

Another strength of Basware mentioned is its integration capabilities. Reference customers endorse this, especially when it comes to integrations with back-end ERP/financial systems. Basware does much of the implementations itself but also works with partners worldwide. The top three integration partners from 2015 to 2018 are Fluxym, ICreative and Azets, according to Gartner.

'We owe our position to our extensive, years of accumulated Basware knowledge that we deploy globally in both implementations and local support through our service center,' explained Vincent Wouters, CEO of ICreative. 'We are very proud of our position and the recognition we receive from our customers.'

Market Insight

Gartner further writes in the report that Basware is a leader based on its strong market insight, innovation, product roadmap and customer experience. Basware is well suited for multinationals that are moving to digital procurement and want to automate invoice processing.
