Basware establishes new p2p business unit for SMBs

Basware has established a new business unit. Under the name InvoiceReady, the software provider will offer complete procure-to-pay solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises. Regina Duzanskaya, who joined Basware in 2014 as vice president of corporate development, will be the new general manager.

"Although Basware has developed over the past 30 years as a player serving the enterprise market, we have always seen opportunities in small and medium-sized enterprises," says Basware CEO Klaus Andersen. For this market, Basware has now established a new business unit.

The InvoiceReady business unit is named after the software product of the same name, which is a complete, cloud-based, procure-to-pay solution designed specifically for SMBs. It includes functionality for procurement, accounts payable, travel and expense reimbursement and contract management. Already, more than four hundred companies are using InvoiceReady.
