During its annual partner conference, Basware, provider of source-to-pay solutions, awarded ICreative the 2020 Business Excellence Award. "We are grateful for the trust our customers place in us, which allows our business to grow steadily," said ICreative CEO Vincent Wouters.
For obvious reasons, this year's annual Partner Connect conference was a virtual event. During the live sessions from May 11 to 15, Basware also announced the annual award winners. Of all partners worldwide, it was ICreative that received this year's Business Excellence Award.
In awarding it, Basware looked at annual recurring revenue, best-practices in implementation, consultant competencies and new references. "We are very proud to have received the Business Excellence Award in recognition of outstanding performance over the 17 years we have been a Basware Value Added Reseller," said Vincent Wouters.
'We invest in long-term relationships with customers, therefore we have a strong customer base that drives our ambition and with it the will to continuously improve. This was already recognized last year when ICreative won the Customer Success Award with its implementation at Ballast Nedam.'
