Basware's quality management system recently achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification, the most widely recognized international standard for quality management. The certification covers the design, development, operations, customer support and sales of the cloud services for procure-to-pay and networked e-invoicing.
ISO 9001:2015 is a process- and system-oriented approach to quality management and continuous improvement. The certification is based on many quality management principles, including strong customer focus, top management motivation and commitment, process approach and continuous improvement. The adoption of the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015 contributes to consistent, high-quality products and services. It also incorporates the requirements of applicable laws and regulations into Basware's operational work.
