Gartner prescribes that purchase-to-pay solutions should have four capabilities: E-purchasing, Catalog management, E-invoicing and Accounts Payable Invoice Automation (APIA). For the 2016 Magic Quadrant for Procure-to-Pay report, 13 different vendors were evaluated.
Gartner: "Leaders demonstrate a market vision and have the ability to deliver on that vision with their products and services. They have demonstrated this by showing results in the form of growth and customer satisfaction. The leaders are the ones that other providers in the market measure up to."
