Counter sales app

Counter sales should be able to be smarter, right? Suppose your colleague at the counter has an app that generates an order number that the supplier needs to reference on the invoice. By entering a few things, such as a supplier name, a description and the amount, smart automation can ensure that the entire process after it can be handled virtually touchless.

Supplier onboarding

A new supplier automatically receives an e-mail invitation to 'onboard' itself as a supplier in your ERP system. After verification by our virtual assistant and your explicit approval, it will be added to your financial system.

Invoice processing

The invoice that comes in shows the order number. The virtual assistant has stored the data entered in the app in a database and checks whether what appears on the invoice matches the values entered by your colleague. Using business logic, the virtual assistant is able to (partially) code the invoice, send it in an approval workflow to a project leader or manager, and eventually book it into your ERP system.
