Awards

Business Excellence Award  

In May 2020, ICreative received the Business Excellence Award from Basware. In making the award, Basware among all partners worldwide annual revenue, implementation best practices, consultant competencies and new references. ICreative came out on top. bus.

Channel Award (nomination) 

A six-member professional jury of the trade magazine Channelweb surprised ICreative with a nomination for the 2019 Channel Awards in the category Value Added Reseller of the Year. ICreative thankse the nomination to its successful implementation at Ballast Nedam, a case where it was previously the same year the Basware Customer Success Award earlier in the same year. ICreative came in second.

Customer Success Award  

ICreative won in February 2019 the Customer Success Award from Basware. ICreative managed to nominate itself with the implementation of Basware SaaS at Ballast Nedam. Ballast Nedam (part of the Turkish Rönesans Group) is a development and construction company with around two thousand employees in the Netherlands where projects are the core of the business.

ICreative was praised for its good technical consultants, through which the implementation was completed on time and within budget. There was also a quick response in case of complicated issues..

Basware Partner of the Year 

In 2017, ICreative worldwide chosen as Basware partner of the JYear. ICreative had at that time already had a 14-year partnership with Basware, which had developed over the years has emerged as a player of note, and we have in fact joined in that development.

ISO certifications

ISO 27017 

ICreative is among the first IT companies in the Netherlands to achieve ISO 27017 certification for cloud services.

The importance of the Internet in business life increased more than ever in 2020. With that, the popularity of Internet solutions (cloud/SaaS) of business software grew. With the increasing use of cloud solutions, such as Basware SaaS, more and more companies and institutions want to see that these services are demonstrably secure.

With the ISO 27017 certification, ICreative, as a provider of cloud services, provides this proof; that it has taken specific security measures to avoid risks for customers.

ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 

In 2017, ICreative saw the quality of its services confirmed for the first time with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 With these certifications, ICreative shows that its business processes and information security are in good order and that continuous improvement is embedded in the organization.

Customers of ICreative should have maximum confidence that the information we process is in safe hands. Moreover, legislation imposes increasing requirements on the storage and processing of information. These certificates, which are renewed annually, provide assurance on the quality and security of services.

Gartner
